Welcome to Queen of Angels!

As principal for over 15 years, I’ve had the privilege to be part of the full life cycle of a Queen of Angels student. I’ve seen some students begin their journey as small toddlers in our Anklebiters program, while others begin in preschool, kindergarten or even later.  No matter where a student begins the journey with Queen of Angels, each and every one ends in the same place: an academically capable, morally responsible individual prepared to excel in any of our top Chicago-area high schools.

I couldn’t say it better than one of our recent graduates, Katheryn Paral, a sophomore at Whitney Young Magnet High School:

“In 2008, I graduated in a class of nineteen from Queen of Angels.  I am now a sophomore at Whitney M. Young Magnet High School, and am enrolled in honors and A.P. classes. Even after two years, I still find that the knowledge and study skills I developed during my many years at Queens provide a solid base and allow me to be competitive academically with my classmates, many of whom have come from much larger grade schools and accelerated programs.”
